Started in 2024, this class was, and still is a time for me to move and create movement with the added joy of having people join me in the studio!

I wanted to create a space where everyone felt welcomed and challenged. In the last year the class has brought together a bunch of wonderful and curious dancers of all abilities and coming for all sorts of reasons.

Come with an open mind and sense of humour becuase its not always easy but it’s definitely always a laugh.

Excited to be back leading 50+ CDS through the September/October half term.

We’ll be exploring how to move to different rhythms from afrobeats to jazz, always with a contemporary dance base.

Currently scoping the need/desire for a community/member-led space for dance and movement in Sheffield.

Think community classes, studio space, performer co-working sessions, cross disciplinary meet-ups, Adult dance company…etc. etc.
